Dell advertised that the item I tried to purchase would have "free 2nd day shipping." When I "checked out" I couldn't get this offer. When I had an online chat, I was told that the web master was slow in updating the site and that that offer had expired earlier. So I cancelled my order later. The cancellation process was simple and efficient.

The process is very organized for me to know when I need more ink ~ my compute flashes (at times, an annoying ~ but needed) reminders. I click onto "Order Ink On Line" and choose the type ink I need ~ the form Dell uses is susinct and the product/s usually arrive with the stated number of days the checkout process indicates.
My only negative comment would be that I think the ink cartridges are too expensive, so I continue to look for sites that will have a similar product at a lower cost.
Otherwise, I believe they have their web ordering process done in a very organized and professional style.

My husband and I have have purchased at least 12 desktop and laptop computers from Dell over the years. Dell has improved its offshore tech support, which in the past, was my only complaint. Shopping at Dell.com and working with Dell representatives by phone or by live chat for customer support or for technical support continues to be a joy.

I purchase a wireless printer and received a V305 that I was told by the sales agent was wireless. We were in the process of moving and it took me several months to hook the printer up. I was told I had waited too long to get the unit replaced, even though I offered to pay the difference in price and take a refurbished V305W and pay shipping to return the V305.
Two weeks ago I ordered ink and had to completely update my account information that should have been in my account.
