Order tracking could be more detailed.
"In production" doesn't say much. I'm sure the progress through assembly, testing, and boxing is tracked on your computers -- why not share the information with the buyeer?
I did speak with one sales rep who was very helpful. Unfortunately, when I ordered I couldn't find any place on the shopping cart to give her credit for excellent assistance.
You should want that information as an additional part of an employee review program.

Dell advertised that the item I tried to purchase would have "free 2nd day shipping." When I "checked out" I couldn't get this offer. When I had an online chat, I was told that the web master was slow in updating the site and that that offer had expired earlier. So I cancelled my order later. The cancellation process was simple and efficient.

My only concern is that the wireless card came without an antenna, but I haven't to this point had time to contact them about it.
I am satisfied 110 % with my purchase to date and received the computer 1-week before expected.

THings went rather well. I'm not a computer expert and had to go through so much material, but once I found what I was doing it went well. I would like to receive a current phone number where I could make the purchase by phone. I'm having difficulty getting a number without a lot of confusing connections. Thank you for your assistance.

I was surprised that Dell had products other than computers! I received the product a day before the original delivery estimate, so it was 3 days from shipment. However, when I tried to track the delivery, this option was never available. No problem though--Dell is great and the Samsung DVD/VCR I bought is terrific.
