I had a $40 credit to use for purchasing a 3 year warranty for my Dell computer. I was able to find what I needed to purchase very easily on their website and received my merchandise very,very quickly. I was very impressed with the entire experience. Thank you Dell.

On the Dell page for merchandise checkout--there is no seperate box or area for using the Dell Card. It is lumped together with apply for credit--which if a person already has the card they would not check this box.
So please add a seperate box for the Dell card purchases.

Purchase was made. Order comfirmation sent. Unfortunately the delivery date was pushed off way far in the future. Ship date not until end of October and then it takes 3 to 5 days to deliver and at that rate I have had time to look at other vendors for product and have found several identical or higher for a lower price. Not accustomed to having to wait for such an extended delay. No follow up from the company either of status?? At any rate I am following it as best i can. However, if a reasonable effort to deliver in a timelly manner there are other solutions. Thank you for lettimg me comment.

I love Dell products and support, but this purchase was done through a 3rd party and I also chose the Primier Credit Card option. They will not send me the product until I can contact them via phone, which has been unsuccessful for almost a week due to their offshore support. As soon as I reach offshore they have no idea how to respond and I just hang up. If they don't move back to the US for support -- I will history with DELL. After 18 years of awesome support, I may soon find someone else.
