I ordered several products from Duncraft over the past year, but I will no longer buy anything from this company.  Most of their products have been durable but are overpriced, and two of their feeders were very poor quality.  The Cling-A-Wing feeder lasted about a week before a squirrel destroyed it. Worse, I paid $29.99 for the Pandora's Box, a squirrel feeder, that only lasted six weeks before it fell apart.  Nearly a week ago, I called the company and left a message,  and I also sent an email about the squirrel feeder.  I am still fuming and waiting for them to return my call or answer my email.  Apparently, customer service is not this company's strong suit.
