The EA in EA.com stands for Electronic Arts. I use the site primarily for reading the reviews on computer Games that my Grandchildren might enjoy (or have requested). If the review meets their parents' standards, I usually buy and buy and buy.

Unfortunately EA has not resolved the issue concerning Motor City Online. I bought this game only to find out that it is now nothing more than an expensive coaster. This is cause they have shut down the servers. There is no offline element to the game so it is useless. Unlike some other companies who have offered users another game of similar value when they have made a game useless. EA has not. Though they are polite they are uncooperative about the issue. Unfortunately this means I am out $10.

Ordered Burnout 3: Takedown (PS2) on June 9, and still not ship on June 21, and they won't let me cancel the order. Worst online store ever.

I ordered Spore from EA.com and I was able to download the PC product immediately upon purchase.  I found the experience fast and easy.  Would buy from there again.
