FTD.Com has quite a number of things going in its favor. FIrst, the site that it has (this in cludes the catalog area) is qell-designed and easy to navigate. The ordering is simple and the selection that can be online-ordered is incredible.

FTD was a brilliant idea when it was created. For the first time you could go down to your local florist and pick out a bouquet from their book and have it sent anywhere in the country. It was wonderful. But times have changed.

When my daughter received her bouquet, the vase was broken, she immediately called it in to the customer service department and they immediately sent her out another bouquet with a brand new vase on the next day. Your service was excelllent and I will definetly order from you again. Unfortunately, when she received the replacement vase, she went to put water in it, and it dropped out of her hand.
