Pros: pro-active service, easy to use web site Cons: more expansive than average
When using someone like FTD, there is one thing you can be sure of.. the flowers or basket will be rather generic, will cost as much as something of a little higher quality from a mom and pop shop, but will get there when they are supposed to be there,...

Pros: easy to order Cons: not as much bang for your buck, you don't get to make sure the person filling your order gets your specific requests, no advance notice on substitutions
FTD was a brilliant idea when it was created. For the first time you could go down to your local florist and pick out a bouquet from their book and have it sent anywhere in the country. It was wonderful. But times have changed.
The...

Pros: Fast delivery Cons: Buying sight unseen, handling charges
I've never actually had to buy flowers for a funeral before so I was at a lose as to what to do. Our friends two year old son had just died and I was a basket case, to say the least. Since we lived a fair distance from their home and from the church,...

Pros: Convenient, quality is sufficient Cons: More expensive than traditional methods,
FTD is probably the best know florist, linking you to a worldwide network of florists from Here to Japan. The only problem is, you pay for convenience, not always product. This is when you order flowers through the FTD network, you not only pay for the...

Pros: Ease of ordering online, easy to navigate web page, good graphics Cons: The worst customer service I have ever seen
In an effort to add a bit of holiday smell to my house, I ordered a holiday centerpiece composed of lots of pine and several red and white carnations. The arrangement was supposed to come with a CD of holiday music. I thought the prices were a little...

Pros: Excellent service/better than expected product/ reasonable price/long lasting Cons: none
The semester comes to an end with a bang and not with a whimper for most teachers. All of us in the office were feeling the stress as we turned in our grades this year and made plans for the last six week's finals that would end the first semester.It...

I live in Los Angeles and most of my family lives in the Midwest. I have ordered Harry and David and all kinds of other things to send to my parents.
Now, you have to know that I usually like to go to the shops myself and pick out the flowers...

Pros: Ease of form and selections Cons: no delivery notification available
This was one of the best experiences I've had ordering an item on line. The pictures provided and the ease of filling out the form made this quite a nice experience. I have two more occasions coming up which I will use their services for. I would like to...

Pros: easy to use Cons: way expensive considering you get less than 50% value
Did you know that when you use a big nationwide telemarketer like ftd.com you lose about 40% of your money in just taxes and fees?
The good aspects are that you can order 24 hours a day, but the bad is that the whole deal is dependent upon...

Pros: EASY, FAST AND CONVENIENT Cons: DON'T ALWAYS TRUST LONG DISTANCE ORDERING
I am certain that a great many people who have used FTD are usually satisfied but I prefer using a local florist in whom I can build up a trust and know that my business is important to him. I was out of town twice and needed to send a basket of fruit...

I recently used FTD's online "local" ordering for flowers. I needed to get an order for delivery next day and was ordering after 6pm so I searched for florists in my home area and found one that was linked through FTD.
They had a...
