My boyfriend ordered me a dozen medium stem red rose bouquet for valentines. It arrived at my house Valentine's morning in excellent condition. The only thing that was wrong was that 2 of the roses were limp from being exposed to extreme cold.

The next day I spent about 1.5 hours on the hotline and explained that 2 roses were limp and I'm being sent a completely new bouquet.

Excellent customer service, after getting on the line, the service was quickly cleared up.

I would definately shop here again after this experience, not because they just fixed the order but because I know alot of the growers where I got my roses (i'm a florist) had alot of problems with being limp and to say that 2 out of an exquisite bouquet were limp is a great thing.

I would imagine that other than Valentine's that they have a high customer satisfaction rating, and that the only people that post messages here are ones that are dissatisfied and are at a low percentage of the thousands that shop FTD.

I ordered a bear and some balloons to be delivered on Valentine's Day. They charge you extra to have something delivered on that day which was fine with me until it did not arrive on Valentine's Day. After holding for over an hour a customer service person told me it would not arrive until two days after Valentine's Day because they had over booked. I asked if I would receive a refund for the amount I paid to have it delivered on Valentine's Day and they said no. Also, they said I would not be able to cancel my order. Basically they will accept as many orders for Valentine's Day as they can, charging people the additional fee and then they just deliver them a few days late. I have to contact my credit card company now to dispute the charge, it is a scam!

Ordered a simple dozen roses for my girlfriend for Valentine's day-- I ordered on monday and subsequently paid the exorbitant handling price to get a wednesday delivery. Long story short, the roses arrived *today* (thursday) and all I got from FTD was a canned email saying that I'd be contacted about my complaint. Guess what? No complaint. I don't want my money back, I want them to deliver a hand-written apology to my girlfriend-- it's HER valentine's day they ruined!

I order placed three orders for delivery on valentine's day. Order 1, was delivered without an attempt to see if anyone was home so the flowers were near frozen. Order 2 was delivered the day after Valentine's Day and they were all dead. Order 3 still has never been delivered. I checked the tracking number and was told that it might make it by the night of the 16th.
I tried for two days to call the number listed and got a recorded message to call back and then disconnected. Finally got through via email and was told they would review my problems.
I will NEVER again order from FTD again.

I ordered a dozen roses from FTD.com to be delivered to my wives employer on Valentines day which was what was agreed upon via thier website. They were never delivered on 02/14/07 as promised. After about 1pm on Valentines day I started calling FTD only to find they were not taking any calls period. I was upset too say the least. Luckily I purchased her jewelry in addition to the flowers so she didn't think I was a total jerk. I tried to cancel the flower order at 5:01pm and received an email reply stating:
"We received your recent request to cancel your order. Unfortunately, your order was already in the process of
being delivered. We are so sorry that we were unable to accommodate your request".

Today 2/15/07 they were delivered??? I must look like a jerk to her fellow co-workers as someone who forgets Valentines day. Never, ever will I do any business with this company. If it is possible to file a class action suit I think this would be warranted.

It's February 15th and I'm furious. The weather on Valentine's Day was very poor, so it was understandable that no deliveries could be made. The flowers delivered today were a disgrace. First, I didn't hear the doorbell, so Fedex left them outside in sub zero temperatures.

When I opened the box, the ceramic vase was broken and the roses were black along the edges. Some of this may fall on Fedex, but the bottomline is that FTD is responsible.

To make matters worse you cannot get through to them on their 800 line. You get a recording with selections. After hitting 0 to get the operator, another recording comes on saying that they are too busy because of the holiday rush - please call back another time. Disgraceful.

So I placed my order a week in advance and paid $68.99 for 18 long stem Roses plus a $15.99 rush order service charge (Plus tax). I sent the flowers to my girlfriend's work, I told her that I sent her something so she should wait around for it. 7pm rolls around and still no flowers to be found.

Now she thinks I didn't get her anything for Valentine's Day and I'm looking like an idiot.

Buyer Beware!

Failed to deliver under terms of agreement. Literally NO customer service. Ruined Valentine's Day. Will never use this service again and will inform everyone else not to do so also.

Awful late delivery wilted flowers in a box delivered by a shipping company D.H.L Awful company FTD!I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my girlfriend from F.T.D last week in time for Valentines day to be delivered to her at work.The flowers arrived in the final minutes of her work day aprox 4:30PM.The "package" arrived in a BOX!Delivered by D.H.L not a florist company.Since she was leaving she took it home with her to "assemble" the bouquet of flowers.She opened the box to find a wilted pathetic excuse for a flower arrangement.She was not impressed w the gift.Luckilly she was cool about it and appreciated and applied the thought that counts attitude.F.T.D completely failed me on this transaction.The main reason guys have flowers delivered is for the frivolous act of the girl to show off in front of her co-workers that someone cares for them.Any guy in tune with the female mind understands that.Otherwise we'd wait and bring them to her and save a small fortune.They delivered late defeating the whole purpose using a shipping company deliverd in a ugly cardboard box originating from across the country,Great, really romantic.Never again!

Delivery was a day late. Still no customer service response - they just dump your calls. Most offensive treatment I've ever received.

FTD.com screwed up valentine's Day. The two dozen flowers and chocolate I ordered never got to my wife .. actually it did ... this morning .. the day AFTER valentine's day. The flowers looked like they were leftovers, and the package they arrived in was leaking.

I called customer service to get a refund, but they aren't answering the phone. I hate FTD.com.

Ordered on 2/12/07, was supposed to be delivered on 2/14. The flowers were not delivered until 2/15 and they are wilted and dying.

When I try to call Customer Service, I get a recording that says "Due to the holiday, we are experiencing high call volumes, please call again later." Then it hangs up.

Sucks? FTD Sucks? Are you kidding? YOU ARE BEING WAY TO POLITE! Ordered flowers for Valentine's day on the 12th, for the 13th (girlfriend at work). First, confirmation of order came and was not correct. 10 hours on the phone, spoke to 19 (yes, I counted) people, still no flowers or plan for delivery and it is the 15th! Actually was told that "we aren't taking service calls because taking orders is more important." Offered a 10% discount-what an insult. I will be sure to tell my girlfriend I got $14 for investing 10 hours of my life... USE FTD IF YOU WANT SOMEONE TO SUCK THE ROMANCE OUT OF VALENTINE'S DAY! USE FTD TO SEND FLOWERS IF YOU WANT TO BREAK UP! For any important occasion, use ANYONE else! UPDATE...it is now 7:30 Pm on the 15th. Earlier, was told by manager she called a florist at home and it would be done by 1:00. I called at 2, and told she just got off the phone with new florist across street from the delivery address, and it would be done by 3! Not so much, now 7:30 and I am on hold...again. TOTAL TIME INVESTED....12 hours. UNBELIEVEABLE!

Ordered $200 worth of long stem red roses for my daughter in Austin Tx. She and her boyfriend recently broke up. Gave them a window of 8a to 4p to deliver on 2/14/07.

She walked out of her office with no flowers. Trying to get back to FTD.com to find out what went wrong, was a total joke. They shut down all customer service calls. I went in through the new order line and a very nice lady there refunded my card, apologized profusely, but would not give me the name of the shop that could not deliver.

My phone number was on the order. No calls, no options, nothing... just screw the customer big time.

Valentines Day. I ordered flowers for my sweetie they day before. All of their banner ads said "It's Not Too Late To Order for Valentine's Day." I paid my $75 and on the big day all I had was a tracking number that had not been activated from DHL. Why, because they never intended to deliver as advertised on 2/14/2007. In fact this morning, I see that the "package" was scanned in Wilmington OH at 8:15PM on Valentines Day. I am in Charlotte NC. I spent 30 minutes on hold with DHL to find out that they basically did not have an order from FTD/Florist.com for V Day. I spent another half hour listening to muzak and finally gave up trying to contact Florist.com. I am on the phone doing the same with them now. Nobody answers. I want nothing less then an apology and a full refund.
