Flowers were delivered on time, but in poor condition. Customer service only offered a 10% coupon for the next order as a remedy. I will not be using this service again.

THEY SUCK!

So heres my story:
WEDNESDAY before Mothers Day: Placed order with FTD.COM for flowers to be delivered Friday that same week.
FRIDAY: No Flowers
SATURDAY: No Flowers
SUNDAY (MOTHERS DAY): No Flowers
MONDAY: No Flowers
After sitting on hold for 26 minutes, the customer service rep told me the flowers were delivered. I told her they werent delivered to my mothers house and I wanted a full refund. The customer service rep said I would receive a refund within 5 to 7 days and after we hung up she would send me an email confirmation. I received no email confirmation.
TUESDAY afternoon: Flowers delivered after FTD told me my order was cancelled.
WEDNESDAY: Spoke directly to the Florist who filled the order and they had received notification from FTD Tuesday morning stating customer did not cancel order, please deliver flowers.

Disappointed! My 15 yr old son ordered flowers for his mom Friday 5/7 and site said she would get Sat 5/8 or Sun 5/9 - NOTHING even today Mon 5/10 at 6pm. These people obviously cannot handle a holiday, now I hope we can get our money back. While writing this, I've been on hold with "customer service " for over 10 minutes (now 15 min).

FTD.com has lost a customer

Order was delivered a day late. No response from customer service for non-delivery complaint I submitted online. No response from customer service for delivery confirmation request online. I sat on hold with customer service over 30 minutes before finally hanging up in disgust. The flowers were finally delivered at 5p.m. to recipients business (recipient had already left for the day) and were signed for by another employee. Flowers and greenery was wilted, and the water was brown. Since I can't get a hold of anybody at FTD.com I have resorted to letting American Express handle it. I will never again use or recommend FTD.com because their customer service has demonstrated absolutely no regard to customer concerns.

HOrrible experience. In three separate orders they have never been delivered! Latest problem, Florist's driver stole the flowers and sold them for profit! Then he lied to the store who lied to FTD! Spent 6 hours on Mother's day trying to straighten it out. Which I didn't.
don't use them, please.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY: 1ST TIME LAST TIME WITH FTD

I made the bumbling error of locking myself out of my house and had to call my wife to come home and rescue me. I decided to send her a thank you arrangement. Order confirmation from FTD at 12:15 pm that said item would be delivered that day 5/6/04. She was exceptionally busy and worked until 7:15 and no flowers. I got home from work and e-mailed asking what happened. 24 hours later no response and still no call, e-mail or delivery. I have spent 25 minutes, 20 minutes and now 1 1/2 hours on hold with FTD and no response at all from them. THIS COMPANY AND SERVICE IS A JOKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have called my Credit Card and there is so far no charge and if there ever is I'll definitely dispute this crap. Call a local florist as I should have done. BTW nearly $70 bucks which I would have happily paid had they delivered.

Beware! FTD.com does not always have a local florist deliver their flowers arranged. Read carefully when ordering. Some arrangements are delivered by a FedEx delivery man and definitely NOT arranged. Their web site says you are buying an arrangement but this is not always true. When FedEx delivers to the hospital where my wife works as a nurse the flowers go the shipping department. On my last and final order with FTD.com the person in shipping happened to know my wife and took the flowers to her. If he hadn't known her the flowers would have stayed there for days.
You select and buy flower arrangements and specify exactly where they are to be delivered but they are delivered somewhere else in a box, unarranged.
What is the fun in that!?

Quality, On Time, Made someone very happy

Wanted to get a dozen roses delivered as promised, but wanted quality as well. FTD delivered (literally 8^) )
Used online website, got a load of extra American Express
points as a bonus from Amex/FTD by paying with Amex Card.
Flowers delivered as promised on the day promised. Was
told they were HUGE and quite nice. Evidently they lasted
quite a long time. This was a good experience as I have
dealt with other .com florists and not been happy at all.
I did call customer service as it was getting near end of
business day (4pm) and was worried flowers would not
get there before my girlfriend's office closed at 5.
They assured me it would make it, yes it did at 4:30 and
I even got a personal email at 5pm from customer service
to tell me that they had verified witht the local florist
that the delivery had in fact been made on time! wow!
