Pros: Easy to use and navigate site
Cons: They didn't deliver - despite two weeks advance notice
To make sure I had two dozen beautiful roses delivered for Valentine's Day I ordered from FTD.com more than two weeks in advance. No last minute ordering for me. I figured I give them plenty of time (they could have grown new ones in that much time!)....
