I ordered a customized jersey which they claim will ship in 10-14 business days.  It is now 20 business days and it still hasn't shipped.  I haven't received an explanation of why it is late or a confirmed shipping date.  I will never deal with these guys again.

Watch out when purchasing that the item is in stock. They charge your credit card immediately. It turned out the estimated delivery time for my item was 6 weeks, so I cancelled the item. My charge card was credited several days later.

I ordered a Hat and T-shirt...it took 6 days (only said it would be 4) to get here to GA, I then found out it was the wrong size...So I sent it back..(had to pay for the shipping, which was $8)...then tracked it too their company HQ where it sat for 7 days...I called today and they said, "sorry sir, it normally takes 7 business days to change out sizes and send it back"...I commented on how I E-mail'd their customer service and I recieved no reply...She just said, "sorry,we are just busy"....Well for the price I paid and the time i have spent on this stuff (I ordered 8/21/09)...I can honestly say this has been the WORST online shopping experience EVER, the WORST customer service EVER, and the dumest people EVER!!!!...I will never shop again from these people..and I would suggest picking another company if you decide to order online

My credit card was charged immediately, but my order is still marked "Open" on the website, yet no indication that the item has been shipped yet. I paid extra for 2-day shipping, and it has been over a week, and I haven't received anything. It would be nice if Fan's Edge gave me a status, especially since they've already charged my credit card.

One of the worst websites you can order from. My order was placed on hold and when you try to contact them you get voice mail with no call backs.
