After running around for 3 days on my annual size 14-15 Canadian bricks and mortar shoe hunt,i had some advice given me,shop on-line at Footlocker.com.Best advice ever,
ordered 04/03/06 arrival 04/07/06 not even 4 days,shoes fit,after all was said and done,currency exchange,shipping,duties,still saved 30%.
Will only purchase on-line from Footlocker from now on,seeing as the Canadian stores don't care about anyone with a bigger than size 13.

I highly recommend avoiding any orders from Foot Locker online. Your better off going to Zappos or to a retail store directly. I ordered a pair of Nike shoes that arrived in a generic box without any packaging that were also clearly worn. Seriously. The bright orange Nike box that usually comes with a pair of shoes wasn't include in the shipment. There was dog hair on the sole of the shoe and I was charged for the return shipping so basically I paid $17 to try on a pair of shoes. What a rip off. They get you because you think you're saving $ with their discounts but then after all the hidden fees, you pay as much as you would have, had you paid full price in the store. When I called customer service and inquired on why I wasn't reimbursed the full price and said that I will never use their service again, the sales associate kind of laughed and said "That's fine.. anything else I can help you with?" Lame experience. Never again, that's for sure.

Footlocker had a great selection and their prices were descent (with all the sales) but 4 days after ordering from them I looked online wondering if they had shipped my order yet only to see the order was still open. I then emailed customer service asking why it hasnt been shipped within the 24 hours they promise, a day later they responded saying they have contacted the responsible parties and it should be resolved shortly. 48 hours later still no movement so I called the customer service only to be told they are waiting on credit card authorization (think they would have contacted me). Finally 24 hours later after verifying my credit card information I am still sitting here looking at my screen that says order still open. This is the worst experience I have ever had ordering online I would definitely warn all to look elsewhere when shopping for sporting goods.
