FreshPair.com seems to be concerned only with receiving orders and collecting payments. If your order actually arrives, it's a happy accident.Beware the free shipping offer. Nowhere on the site do they tell you free shipping is via FedEx ...

I ordered one bra from Freshpair and over two weeks after I put in the order, I still had not received it and had not heard from the store as to why. So I emailed them, and still didn't hear back from them for several days. When I did hear back, they simply said they were going to ship it out within 24 hours, and offered me 10% off my next purchase (as if I would actually shop there again after all that--plus, 10% off a similar order would take off only $1 or $2). I received the item several days after that. I would not recommend shopping at this store if you want or need the item any time soon. Communication is horrible, and they don't let you know if the item is in stock or not. Who knows how long it might have taken if I had not made the effort to contact them? And a "coupon" for 10% off a future purchase is not enough to entice me to shop there again, much less to make up for their irritating mistake.

Two orders and two replies back.....that an item is out of stock and shipment is on backorder. They have great customer service, and free shipping, excellent prices and nothing else to complain about. My only issue is, in this day and age, is there no way for them to block out items if they are not in stock. They already have drop down menus to indicate size and then color. Solve this problem and they are an above average if not excellent retail site.

Slow, slow, slow service: weeks for order to be fulfilled, even longer for return to be processed. Totally screwed me on return/exchange: because of the tiny photos on the site, I ordered the right brand, size, and color but wrong style. I only ordered from Freshpair because of the sale price and free shipping. By the time I received the items, the sale was over, so instead of allowing me to exchange for the right style (same price at sale time, same price now), they would only credit me back the sale price (except now I have to pay for what was the free shipping) and charge me the full price on the new items. In other words, a raw deal.
I'll never shop here again.

I placed an order online and quickly received a confirmation e-mail for my order. The stated company policy was in-stock items ship withing 24-48 hours of the order. In the event of a backorder, customers are notified within 72 hours of the status. A week after I placed the order, I still hadn't heard anything. I contacted Customer Service and was told my order would ship the next day. Another week went by and I got an e-mail stating my order was shipped. I visited the site and learned it was ready for pick-up by the shipping service, but not shipped. I sent an e-mail to the company describing my dissatisfaction, with no response. My next order went to mensunderwearstore.com!

You would think that posting a Customer Service phone number and email address would let you get in contact with someone in Customer Service. But that doesn't happen.
Despite several hefty online orders to them, I got no response from Customer Service regarding status or orders.
Never again. In fact, I still have an order received two weeks later than promised, which is going straight back to their warehouse.
There are plenty of places to buy what they sell. Easy choice: I'll go with anyone except them.

I have placed about 10 separate orders for 2xist underwear from freshpair.com this year and have to say that I love freshpair.com's product selection and pricing. I have always opted for the "Free" shipping, since I have no rush to get my orders. It always arrives on time, within 6 to 7 business days. Keep up the great work and don't change a thing. I can't stand department-store shopping, so this site fits me great!

I ordered a half of a dozen pair for myself and girlfriend. Only half arrived, and the rest on back order. One pair was not the right ones, so I sent it back with a written explanation that they sent the wrong ones. I get an e-mail saying they received the returns, and they are charging me$4.75 for damage. What?? I returned the wrong ones they sent me and explained in writing. What don't they understand???? I even had to pay postage to return the wrong item sent. I sent an e-mail telling them to take me off their e-mails an advertizing lists, and to cancel all the back ordered items. I received another e-mail saying they would check into it. I sent one back saying I didn't have much faith in their customer service as they already charged me, and I had to pay to return their mistake, and the other half of my order was on back order. I do not recommend this company to anyone that expects customer service, or that they will get what they ordered. Stay away!!

I was excited to find Freshpair.com because not only do they have a huge selection of Bras and Panties, but they have Underwear and Tshirts for my husband. They shipped my order quickly. Their prices are excellent and free shipping offer made it even better. I will gladly shop again at Freshpair.

I am very angry about my shopping experience with Freshpair. Receiving the order, acknowleding returns and return fee price gouging! $37 was deducted from my return order. I will never shop here again! Terrible service, slow delivery, expensive punishment for returns!

Delviery speed okay. Order accuracy perfect. Customer service unobserved. Overall satisfaction terrible. I bought four pairs of 2eXist underwear from this site. They got the order right - I got exactly the pairs that I requested but two of the pairs that I received were not wrapped at all in the box. They were delivered "loose" in the brown box. For all I know, someone took them off and threw them in there. I will never, ever, ever use this merchant again. This is particularly unsatisfying because I am accustomed to buying my underwear at department stores. I am quite accustomed to buying my underwear in a box. Packaged, somehow, you know, so that I am sure I haven't got anyone's "junk" all over my trunks. Supremely Unsatisfying Experience.

I ordered 4 items. Only one was shipped. The other three were back ordered and out of stock. I thought the website would take care of inventory and let you know before you order that the merchandise is out of stock. It might have caused me to order something different. That said, I might be a happier customer right now.
