My package was shipped via United States Postal Service; tracking the package was fine; response from the merchant when contacted about shipping problems was 2 times quite poor "you know the post office" and "you could select other shipping options" - both of which are true, it would have been nice to recieve some empathy. The 3rd call, to cancel my order, was to Cortney, who handled the situation quite professionally, with empathy and an offer of 10% off my next purchase should I choose to shop with them again - MOST IMPRESSIVE!

Over 50% of my order was out of stock. Further substituted items were also out of stock. Promotional item out of stock. Poor service all round. In complete contrast to the first experience I had with freshpair.com.

I did order a tank top and would have order more if Freshpair would have had my size in the hummer tank top.
I was able to find it somewhere else online. Sorry guys but you lost a sell.

When I placed my order online, the system led me to believe that everything was in stock. Only after I placed my order did I receive an e-mail that said they were out of stock on half my order and provided an estimated ship date. The estimate for the second half of the order turned out to be accurate and they did not charge me for shipping twice, which is what I would have expected. BUT, I'm a little miffed that the cart showed everything as being in stock, when it clearly wasn't.

i have not received my orderl.....and this order was to compare the size with the last one. and i called and the girl said that the last order must be returned in 30 days. i dont get it. she said she would send an email and i never received that either. i am disappointed!!

I have always been very happy with the quality of the merchandise. The merchant is very good at communicating with me about items that may not be available right away and several options were available to be sure of customer satisfaction. I will definitely order from this merchant again.

#FP00622659 when I got to the webpage offering the shorts it said "Buy a three-pack and get a fourth pair free".
The fourth pair never arrived. When I phoned about this I was told that I must have been mistaken and no such offer had been made. I know what I saw. It seems like the offer was "bait".
