I can't stop telling everyone I know that Genius Babies is the only place to shop!  They have the best selection of baby and toddler items I have ever seen on any website.  I received my order promptly.  It was wrapped beautifully. The custormer service was polite and professional.  The website was easy to navigate. I have used other websites and no one compares.  I will continue to recommend this site to every parent I know! Great experience!

I ordered from GeniusBabies.com because it was the first site that I came to that still had the Neurosmith product I wanted to order for my niece. Shopping and ordering were the similar to most online sites. I placed the order well before Christmas so I went with the flat rate ground shipping. Christmas came and went and no gift was delivered to my niece. On December 26 I was notified by email that the gift was returned on the December 21 as undeliverable and I would have to pay shipping again. I verified the address and sent off a reply that the address is valid and asked why I was asked to include a ship-to contact phone number if it wasn't used. I asked to have the package reshipped and ended by stating I probably wouldn't bother using the GeinusBabies site again. I received a very angry reply (with many grammatical errors and misspellings, probably typed fast while foaming at the mouth) referencing information on my order confirmation that wasn't actually on my order confirmation.
I will order the gift elsewhere and recommend others do the same.

I have to agree with the user that complained of less-than-stellar customer service. I had to email the company to ask them for a customer service rep to call me. The DVD I ordered was REALLY BAD, with one of the songs (performed by a tone-deaf singer - seriously!) about Grandpa's clock: "It was bought on the morn of the day that he was born, And was always his treasure and pride. But it stopp'd short, Never to go again, When the old man died." Ummm...don't they listen to the products they offer? Wouldn't they think that a song about Grandpa dying might not be appropriate for toddlers? Unfortunately, they responded that I was the first to complain and that I could not return the DVD because it was opened. (The unopened version I bought in Spanish - with the same morbid tune - could be returned, as long as I paid for shipping.) Did I mention that I already paid $7.95 in shipping to receive the 2 DVDs? Needless to say, I won't be shopping from here again!

It is so rare to find an online business that actually promptly picks up their telephone! They helped me find the perfect gifts for my grandchildren. They gift-wrapped and included personalized notes, and even added bonus free gifts for each. Bonus it arrived in only 2 days by standard shipping! I will shop there again soon! I have used Genius Babies service and products several times in the last few years. The web site is well designed, clear and interesting. The products are unique and clever also. I've purchased so many for showers and baby gifts and have always received glowing compliments from the folks who received them. The service is fast and nicely wrapped, and a small extra gift is always included. This is a wonderful, creative place to buy babies/ children's toys, books, etc.

I just recently purchased several black, red and white infant stimulation products.  I couldn't find them anywhere else. My baby adores them.
When I called to ask a question the owner - Michelle Donahue-Arpas herself answered and gave me great advice on which items to purchase. She spent quality time discussing the products with me. I can't remeber the last time I had someone treat me so politely on the phone. I can tell she really cares about her customers. That personal attention is what will keep this business around for a long time. I will continue to shop here again and again.
