Delivery speed was good, product is excellent. Problem I had was I accidentally marked 2 of the cooling components, when I meant to order 2 of one of the candy bars. I notified them by email, but never got a response and was charged for 2 of the hot weather packaging.

Out of 2 of the 4 items ordered, slow refund.
Friendly but expensive, I just returned to the US from overseas where I was stationed for over 7 years.  I am hooked on European chocolate but, will prefer to travel there and import myself at the prices that GCO charges.

They are one of the few places where you can order no-sugar dark cholocate.   I've been ordering from them for three or four years now. Shipping is expensive in the summer, because they insist on packing the chocolate in ice packs etc, which is a testimony to their attention to quality.  I just put in a big order in the spring so I don't have to order during the hot months.  Once the weather cools off, you can use regular UPS shipping.
Customer service is good - they are very responsive to e-mails, and will let you know if a late-fall heat wave has delayed your shipment.

I found Global Chocolates after a local store stopped stocking a Lindt product. Now after ordering over 50 pounds of chocolate from Global, I have to say that Global Chocolates are amoung the very best online vendors I have ever found. They are fast, responsive to email, and stock hard to find products at very low prices. Chocolate is now another product that I will never buy at a local sore again.

I'll make this short and sweet. I was delighted with the customer service who kept me informed through emails of my order progress since I live in England so it required international mailing. The order arrived promptly and intact, good , competitive price so overall a service to be proud of. Well done!

I have just received my first shipment from Global Chocolates and am extremely pleased. They were unable to completely fill the order, so they suggested a wonderful substitution. Their emails were extremely quick and responsive, almost as if there was one person there to deal with each customer and make that customer happy. Product quality and packaging were excellent, too.

The only way service could have been quicker is if the store had been across town. I received a response within minutes to an order I place on a weekend, asking me to clarify some information. I complied and received the order on Tuesday.
