Great Golf Deals

I ordered an Ogio golf bag from great golf. They had the item in stock and everything went well. The delivery took an extra day, but that was because no one was here to sign for it. I will definitely shop there again....

I ordered an "in stock" item on Aug 2. As of Sep 2, I am still waiting for the item, despite the fact that my credit card was charged immediately. There was no commication from the company about the delay. They did send me an email on Aug 20 saying my order would ship in 4-7 days....still no golf club though. I just cancelled and would advise others to avoid this store if you want to receive your order and value customer service.

If you're anything like me, you always think twice before making sizable purchases on-line from a vendor with the lowest price and no feedback. Well, now Great Golf Deals has feedback and it was absolutely an excellent shopping experience.

I placed my order early afternoon on a Monday and, as promised, it was shipped the following day. If I had been a few hours quicker on my purchase decision, it would have been same day. They say that they send an email with tracking information within 48 hours. I received an email saying it was shipped, but no tracking data. This was not a big deal, since any phone calls or emails were responded to very quickly, and they followed up with the details. The item was shipped on time for the weekend, for free. Not a bad deal.

The best part about the transaction, the driver was about $50 cheaper than retail stores and far cheaper than anywhere else on line. With the money I saved, I picked up a few other accessories that I was pleased with (club glove head covers, I highly recommend these).

I will certainly purchase items from them in the future.

I purchase the Wilson Deep Red II Distance Irons-Steel and I would purchase products from GreatGolf Again.

Customer Service: I did not catch her name, but she was very helpful. She was very pleasant to deal with, Answered every question I had asked. Most sites do not have a phone number listed but great golf does. If you are not sure just call like I did (many times) and they are more than happy to help in any way.
Overall Satisfaction: A 10+. OVERALL A GREAT SHOPPING EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!!!

The best prices on the Internet for most golf equipment and quick shipping. I am very satisfied with the transaction and would purchase from there again.
