When I opened the box of the $600 Skate stroller I ordered, I realized a plastic piece was broken. I contacted them, spoke to someone who said she was going to set up a return with UPS. 4 days passed by and I called to see what was going on and realized that UPS was never contacted. A new customer service representative told me that I could not just return the stroller(although it came broken and I had yet to use it!) He said he would call Peg Perego to see if they would take responsibility. He did not call me back...so I called back again and he said that Peg Perego was not picking up and he left them a message and that he would call me back when they called him, then proceeded to hang up on me. I called Peg Perego myself and they picked up!! They are working with me to solve the issue. I am extremely dissapoined with the customer service and the fact they don't seem interested in solving my problem promptly or at all. I will never shop with them again!!
My wife was just diagnosed with diabetes and we needed a glucose monitor. Being of the older generation, ordering on the computer is new to me. When I was on the website I found what I was looking for right away and the order was easy to complete. After reviewing my order I realized I had put the incorrect address so I gave them a call. The gentleman that helped me was very polite and he corrected the mistake immediately. I received my order in less than a week. Very satisfied customer.

My girlfriend had gotten her fetal doppler from this company, and was satisfied, so I went ahead and did the same. I purchased the Hi-Bebe BT-200 from them. They included a free lotion, and free UPS ground shipping. It took 3 days to get to me, so no complaints on that. I have to admit, it took me alot longer to find the heart rate then I would have liked, but once I did, it came in strong. I would recommend this doppler (and healthcheck) to people in the future.

I guess that in themselves Healthcheck Systems were okay but the problem is that the product I bought from them was drop shipped and they did not indicate on the web site to the best of my knowledge that this would be the case. Because the item was drop shipped they really had no control over delivery and I find that to be and issue with drop shippers.
I guess as a result I didn't receive notification of who the carrier was or a tracking number to know the status of my order. I only received an immediate order confirmation from Healthcheck Systems. When I wrote an email to enquire what was happeing with the order no-one responded!
I eventually called and was greated by polite people but I did have to call twice in order to get a proper status update.
I understand that free shipping was provided but I don't think that voids a vendors' obligation to keep a customer notified of the status of the order and ensure that delivery is carried out in a timely manner.
The product itself is great and arrived within a week and a half which is not too bad of a delivery time but sadly I do have an issue with drop shipping and particularly when I am not informed that the company I am purchasing from doesn't have stock and is drop shipping.
I personally prefer not to buy from companies that drop ship and therefore this would be my primary reason not to buy from Healthcheck Systems again. Read more

When the company first processed my credit card, it was declined. I got a very pleasnt email informing me of that. I called Customer Service and spoke to a very polite and helpful gentleman who checked the number and expiration date, which were correct, then ran the card again. This time it was accepted, and I expect to get the shipment in about a week. I was impressed with the Customer Service, and the site has an excellent selection of high-quailty health monitors and equipment. Read more
I ordered the car seat base from Healthcheck Systems because they were offering the best price with free shipping. I was not in a hurry to receive my package, however, I ordered it on a Thursday and it was delivered the next day (Friday)... This was the fastest online purchase I have ever made. This vendor was great to work with. I called to make sure the product was in stock (specific color - difficult to find through other vendors - item was sold out), and customer service was very helpful and confirmed they had it even before I placed the order.
