For my new home when I needed household items like drapes, towels, lamps and a microwave cart, I decided to give JCPenney Online Store a try.

The website is easy to navigate from major categories, (Jewelry, Home, Clothing, Electronics and more), a middling good, search engine and drop-down menus helping you zero in on your interests.

Since my first order, I've received free shipping and promotion savings. It's easy to apply these discount codes, and I can often beat in-store prices.

So far everything has arrived well-packed and on-time; JCP is batting 1000 in terms of accuracy. This also means I haven't needed to return anything-a major plus.

My favorite purchase, would be the Dale Tiffany lamps.
However, one lamp I was interested in, "Magnolia", lacked a crucial height measurement, so I couldn't take a chance on guessing from the photo-or ordering.

Selection is better in some categories than others, but for my Black Hills Gold Jones, I'll still need to visit the real store, the better to savor the 30-60% off sales. On-line is my place for bed'n'bath linens and those Peacock-hued Tiffany reproduction lamps and in these niche areas you just can't beat JCPenney Online Store.

I only shop by internet occassionally and I shop at well known places. I have had a great experience each time I have shopped with JCPenney.com. I have gotten my items quicker than expected and if I need to return something I just take it to the store and no questions asked. I will definitely keep shopping online with them.
