Seemless. Is the one word to describe my purchase of this product from JR. After trying two times to buy this product from another online store, both times my orders were canceled due to not having any in stock. JR's Website was easy to use. I ordered the frame on a Wednesday at 6am and had it the next day on Thursday via UPS! Which means they pulled and shipped the same day as I ordered. Fantastic! I would definitely buy from JR again. J R Music had the items I was shopping for, and both of them were at a great price. Thier site was very user friendly and very easy to navigate. My order was placed on a weekend and my purchase was shipped the first part of the week and arrived in Colorado on Friday. Thats less than a week after the order to get it processed and shipped half way across the country. I am happy with their service and I will definately shop at jr.com again.

I believe I had to wait almost two days before the item was actually shipped.
They say you can track the shipping by signing in on you account. When I did that, it was like adding an unnecessay step. After singing in there was no automatic status on the shipping. I had to fill in the same block of information for tracking that is used when you don't sign in on you accout. It whould have been nice just to click on box to check the status instead of filling out a couple lines of information first. Read more
