I use VersaCheck to pay my bills because my handwritting is getting worse as I get older. I noticed that I was running low on the blank check paper and started looking for some. I tried a local stationary store and they didn't have check paper for the VersaCheck software. I then went on line and found several places that did have it, but the price seemed a little high to me. I then checked the J&R Online Store and found VersaCheck paper and at a lower price than the other stores I had checked on the Internet. In addition, I happened to look up this site while they were offering free shipping. That made the cost of the VersaCheck paper I ordered even more desireable. I ordered the check paper and received it in a couple of days and packed very nicesly, so the paper was not damagaed in any way.  I give J & R Music and Computer World high marks and would recommend them to anyone.

Amazing!! I buy a Gateway 24" monitor (FPD2485W) JR was the second with the best price, but the service, the delivery speed and cost, (considering I’m from Puerto Rico) compensate the price. I start to recommended to my friends to look at JR.

I checked out J&R when I was looking for a new digital camera. I had my heart set on a Canon G6. There were multiple places that had the camera for a cheaper price, but after dealing with just one of them, I decided to go to a store that I could trust! I looked on-line and saw that they had the G6 in stock and called the store directly to place my order (still being a little gun shy after the experience with the other place). The sales person was extremely nice and helpful, wasn't pushy and answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was wasting his time. He truly made me feel comfortable. He said that he would send the camera out that day and that I would get it the next afternoon, and I did!!!!! I will definitely continue doing business with J&R, as well as recommend them to my friends!

I was promised rebates and supplied with coupons of the wrong date. I was promised that everything was in stock, then told that I had a back order. I ordered from three thousand miles away on the same day and that order arrived before my J&R order. J & R is only sixty miles away and J & R charges twice the postage and handling charge, just to take longer that cross sountry. I called customer service and another wrong coupon was sent with no apology. Given their prices, you can do much better elsewhere. Everything that I ordered did finally arrive in good condition. However, I was never informed that the WiFi did not work with the Vista OS on the laptop that I ordered; I was never informed that my Windows version was only a trial version and I had another expense to meet.

I was very pleased - the items I wanted were on sale (CD notebooks), which was the reason I ordered in the first place, ordering was simple and delivery was fairly swift. The items were all intact when I received them.

All of the products that I purchased were easy to find on the website. There were no confusing pop-ups or "extras" that were added to my shopping cart which aggravate me to no end. The price was right on every item I purchased. J&R shipped promptly and it arrived within a week well packaged and accurate. Overall a perfect shopping experience. I purchased a Canon 30d, a Canon Speedlight 430EX and some filters. I would definitely order from J&R again without any hesitation. Another plus about J&R is they accept ebates which allowed me to save even more money! When is that a bad thing??? I saved at over two hundred dollars on my total order over the next closet competitor.

Great price on XD picture card, fast delivery and responsive although not perfectly helpful customer service. Learned too late that if I'd ordered from J&R through Amazon instead of directly from J&R that the shipping charge would have been a little less. Customer service responded to my emails but didn't change anything.

Perfect experience! Fast, accurate delivery. Great value. Would definitely look to J&R Music and Computer World Online when ordering in the future.

Shopping at J&R is always very pleasant: good price, great service. J&R usually has the best price on-line and in NYC. I've contacted their customer service and I am very satisfied with their handling of my problem. What can I ask more?
