Having years of experience shopping on-line (from clothing to washers and dryers and everything between), this experience rates as the best. Their website is clear and informative; their follow-ups are timely. Let's put it another way....I ordered this on a Sunday night (in the middle of the night) and it was on my doorstep by Wednesday afternoon. (New York to North Carolina) And it works, and I'm happy. Raises to everyone at J&R and UPS. Seriously. I will recommend them without reservation.

I purchased my camcorder at J&R, and it arrived within about 3-4 business days. The product arrived in new condition, as advertised. After I purchased the product, they listed suggested accessories for the product. They also sent me their salespaper with the order, along with their offer of free shipping on any accessories I might purchase from them in the next ten days or so. I had a good shopping experience with J&R.

J&R MUSIC WORLD IS SIMPLY THE BEST! I received my merchandise within the twenty-four hours of my purchase with E-mail follow-ups all the way. Their services are so professional and reliable that I plan on placing another order today. An extra added bonus are their unbeatable prices for new(not refurbished) items. On a scale of 1 to 10, J&R rates a 10 plus.

I was somewhat concerned about ordering from an "unknown" merchant via the Interent for such a large and expensive item as an LCD tv. However, good reviews from people on-line at Shopping.com and Epinions, led me to take the chance. I could not be happier with J&R Music. They met and exceded every expectation. I had a need to contact them and they could not have been more courteous and helpful. My experience with J&R was the greatest and I would defintely use them again.
