Order took 5 days from order date to ship date. Much too long, what were they doing for 5 days? Tracking info email is confusing: each item on the order had it's own tracking link, even though the order was all in one package. There was no easy way to order ALL the ink cartridges, each of the 6 colors had to be found and selected individually. They have the lowest price, but not worth the experience.

The wrong item was shipped. Rather than sending out the correct item immediately, I have to wait until I can send the wrong product back. This whole process is taking way too long when none of it was the fault of my own. Customer service is poor.

I found the website very easy to use and had all the latest models of items that I was interested in. The shipping rates are very competitive and as I live outside the US this is very important for me.
I have been very impressed with the speed with which the items arrived.
I will definitely be ordering products from this company again and would highly recommend them to any consumer.

I would "Maybe" shop at this merchant again. The item I purchased was stated as "in-stock", shipping in 1-2 days, and after 4 days, I recieved a notice that it was backordered and could possibly be 1-2 weeks.
This type of service makes me hesitant to pay extra for expedited shipping, as it only ships as fast as they can get the product on the truck. In this case, it's been two weeks. I recommend calling directly for the order if you are in a hurry; this is the second time in 3 months this has happened to me; once from a different online store.
The customer service when I called was the saving grace. The operator was friendly, and gave me relevant information as to the status of my order, not just a canned apology. For that reason I'm going to stick with this order and see how they can do in fulfilling it.
