BUYERS BEWARE - the low prices (the initial attraction) are not worth it with this company

I just ordered my New Balance 763 on Friday and received the shoes on Monday, in perfect order.  I received an email with my tracking number and then another telling me my shoes were shipped.  I couldn't ask for a better experience!

Ordered 9.5 D shoes, received 9.5 4E shoes, which looked like boats on my feet. Even though it is their error, they want $10.00 restocking/exchange fee and $9.99 to return the item. Seems like a scam to me. Send me something I didn't order and make $19.99 on ever order (minus UPS shipping of 3 lbs) or hope I'll just setting for a shoe that doesn't fit and avoid the hassle and expense of returning it.

Their ordering press was fine, but they did not include shipping notification or tracking information. Shipment arrived 10 days after ordering, which is a little slow.

Their website is easy to use and I was able to find what I was looking for rather fast and about $10.00 cheaper than it would have been down the street. With free shipping that was a deal that was too good to be true.

I ordered a pair of men's new balance 855s the beginning of January 2004. Three days later, the money was deducted from my checking account upon which it was returned to my checking account two days later. I contacted them by email (as they have no phone number for customer service). The response was that there was a glitch in their processing system and I "should see my package at the doorstep shortly." As compensation for their error, they upgraded the shipping to "free;" however, shipping was free from the start (what a favor). One week later, I still did not receive my running shoes and sent another email requesting information as to their whereabouts. Two days later, I received an email stating that they were sold out of the 855s until the end of the month. Would I care to reorder or look for something different? I think I'll be looking elsewhere.

Although there were several negative reviews, my experience was pleasant. Price was cheaper than other sites, shipping was only $5 for multiple pairs, and delivered in 3 days by UPS.  Confirmation email and tracking number were supplied..I will admit, though that if there was a problem, E-mail is the only way to communicate with the company as no customer service number is provided...I will order from them again, based on this experience

Keyword in google was my shoe type and size.
It was one of the top hits.
Also with a reasonable price (includes shipping).

So, I put in my CC number and got a web page reciept. (which I saved)

3 days and the shoes arrived!

Pros: fast!

Cons. No online tracking system.

Best: If you know what you want!

No receipt or even transaction number for sale. No responses to customer service inquiry via email. No telephone number for customer service person. And if that's not enough, they ask you to be patient during a temporary delay in shipping and receiving their product.

Ordered my New Balance shoes on a Tuesday and received them in 7 days. Had no problems at all. Kelly's web site needs more information on it about contacting them. It would be nice to have a place to see your order status. Bottom line: You trade customer service for a lower cost.
