I ordered a Kodak Z1015IS camera from this retailer after a rather unpleasant experience with another online service selling the same camera. My experience with this retailer was exactly the opposite of the other. The order was processed and on its way within 24 hours with complete tracking information. I paid more than the other place advertised but at least I was able to get what I wanted without all the bait and switch tactics from the other dealer. Very professional and punctual with no call backs attempting to sell you more products. I would highly recommend this retailer.

love the Kodak on line store I think it is great that we can upload pictures and have photos sent to us. It saves me a great deal of time and I go not have to worry about film getting ruined because I left it in a hot car.

The ease of use of the website is great. Credit/debit cards accepted. I was kept updated by email of the status of my order. It was shipped USPS and got here 2 weeks later than expected. I had already contacted Kodak and they sent out a replacement due to the lateness of USPS. Great customer service!!!! And the quality of the photo cup is great as well. 5 stars to Kodak

I ordered 2 cameras 01 May 2008. Kodak canceled my order with no notice. Cannot get them reordered. Customer service does not have tools to get the cameras, refer mystically to "the system" which rules the online store. Ordered two SSDHC cards same day, system able to send them. Have used Kodak cameras exclusively for 40 yrs and will never own one again. Their standards have definately slipped drastically

I have been a Kodakgallery.com customer for a long time and have ordered over 50 prints 5x7 to 16x20 over the last six months. I ordered another 16x20 recently and their site stated 1-2 day processing time. This didn't happen, and when customer service contacted me back regarding my concern they started quoting me shipping times, not processing. The order will be 6 days old by Monday still stuck in processing. Of course I've been billed $20.00 all ready. I'm ready to sacrifice what I perceive to be slightly different quality with Snapfish as their postage is 30% less and their regular prices are in line with Kodakgallery's sale prices, and their shipping time frame is 1/2 the time. Frustrated as no one seems to really have a clue what happened to this order.

Kodakgallery.com presented an online special of 30% off or prints for 10 cents vs. the normal 15 cents. They ran the special for a while and then extended it by 1 week. I made a couple orders of about 400 pictures and prepared one more order of about another 100. The special sale was supposed to end on 041107 and when I tried to check out at 11:10 p.m. eastern time the sale was not available. I sent a brief narrative of what happened and Tracy S. from the Kodak gallery site sent a credit for the difference in prices plus an additional $3 16 minutes before she was supposed to start working. I was glad to see such an immediate response and completed my order without any problems. Sale or no sale, you can rest assured that I'll be ordering from Kodakgallery.com in the future.
