Awful generic cartridges for Epson C82 Stylus printer. And when I called to ask for a rebate (I had used several out of an order of 15 before I realized that they were all defective), the customer service rep told me to "get real". I bought OEM cartridges at BJs and they are so far superior (print quality and length of use) that the ones sold by LD can't even be called by the same name. I will never shop there again and I have spread the word to all of my business associates. They are selling defective products and don't really care!

Yellow cartridge leaked everywhere. Seven emails to various departments went unanswered. Called and was put on hold indefinitely after explaining my problem.
Ruined a laser printer

I have a Canon MP530 and have used LD for over a year; all cartridges have functioned well, shipping's been timely, and the prices seem fine (they send out e-mail discounts), and if the order's over $50 the shipping's free. 

A while back I ordered online from this company, but then I realized they are located just a few blocks from where I live, so now I just drive by the little industrial park where their shipping center is. My Canon Pixma is just about dead, so I only get black cartridges. They are so cheap that I haven't bothered asking for a refund on the occasional one that doesn't work. I just throw it in the trash and put in another one, which usually works.

So I guess the warning here is, be prepared to get the occasional dud cartridge. I'd talk directly to them rather than using the online form. You could ask at that time what their policy is on defective merchandise.

The person I always deal with is nice enough, and the prices are great.

I will never buy from here again. The cartridges I ordered came on time, it was easy to order, but what's the use when the product is worthless. Total waste of time and money and the customer service does not make up  for it!

These are really junk. I purchased three remanufactured HP 92 Black Cartridges and three remanufactured HP 93 Color Cartridges. Each clogged severely after about 10 pages of print, had to keep priming them; then ran out of ink after about 30 pages. Plus they generate general HP error messages about improper ink cartridges when used. Do not purchase these, they are not worth the discount.

For several years I bought G&G ink from 4InkJets, an LD subsidiary. A few months ago they started shipping LD ink instead of G&G. G&G was reasonably good, reasonably priced ink. It occasionally would cause a nozzle clog, but the clogs always could be cleared, sometimes with a bit of difficulty. When I loaded LD ink in my printer it clogged the black nozzles so badly that I never could clear them. Had to throw the printer away. This is really dangerous, bad, stuff.

Ordering was easy, delivery was very quick...then I found that my bank account was "double charged" which resulted in an overdraft of my checking account...they refunded the double charge and after a few days of going back and forth in emails to them they agreed to pay the overdraft fee. This was a month ago almost and I have yet to receive that refund.

Purchased 8 cartridges on eBay that clearly list my Epson CX7400 on the packaging as one of the printers the cartridges were made for. Plugged them in according to instructions, and printer fails to recognize them and I'm unable to do print as the ink warning light stays lit. Called their support line and told me the chips were defective and that they can only provide a warranty for product purchased directly from them, and that my purchase from eBay does not count. The warranty included inside the box and the 100% SATISFACTION GUARANTEED section on the box mentions nothing of the sort.
I'm sure the company has some compatible products for other printers, but as far as I'm concerned, they are producing incompatible junk. I've purchased many compatible inkjet cartridges before, and never had a problem until I ran into LD Products, Inc.

The worst! they sent me a defective product and refused to stand by it. Don't bother with their "warranty." do yourself a favor and buy oem cartridges. these are shoddily remanufactured junk, Couldn't be more disappointed. Wasted fifty dllars.

Ordered two laser toner cartridges, both were defective. Used LD's emailed form to return for refund. LD said they never received the product for refund. Form they sent doesn't include shipment tracking. ALWAYS track returns, even if they send form. Out all my money AND the toner.

This company is involved in SERIOUS PRODUCT MISREPRESENTATIONS AND SHOULD NOT BE DEALT WITH. I purchased ink cartridges that had a "USE BY" date of MAR 2008. When I installed them in NOV 2007, they failed. I requested a full refund and they refused. The reason they gave was "guarantee expiration". The customer service rep informed me that the supervisor would have to look into the matter, but he was very busy and probably wouldn't be able to get back to me (HE WAS RIGHT). After repeated follow-up on my part, he responded. He provided me with the wrong purchase date and refused to reimburse me for these defective products. IF PRODUCTS CAN'T BE USED UNTIL THE "USE BY" DATE, SUCH REPRESENTATIONS ARE MISLEADING AND FRAUDULENT. INTERNET BUSINESS CAN BE GOOD FOR EVERYONE, BUT PROBLEM VENDORS SHOULD BE IDENTIFIED AND THE PUBLIC SHOULD BE AWARE OF THEM. POTENTIAL BUYERS BEWARE OF THIS VENDOR !!

I purchased cartridges for both my Epson CX3810 at home and my Brother MFC3360C at the office. Their ink jammed up both printers badly. I am just hoping I can get my Brother to work again. Do not buy their ink if you want your printer to continue working. DANGEROUS INK.
