Love staying with Marriott locations! Everything is always so easy from making the reservation to checking in to checking out! The people there are always friendly. All facilities are always so comfortable. Would highly recommend.
I ordered 2 pillows from Marriott.com. First, the wrong product was sent to me. I was then given a difficult time on the phone where the service representative actually asked me to get a tape measure and measure the items. This is despite the fact that the tag on the item clearly marked it as the incorrect item. Eventually I was transferred to a supervisor, Kelly, who assured me that my correct order would be sent out the next day by 2 day air. Two weeks and two phone calls to Kelly later and I still don't have my pillows! Is this customer service? I will never shop here again!
