 Great deals fast deliver bad customer service

Delivery speed is pretty good...they will deliver in about a week or two. The order accuracy was fine and i've been shopping there for a while. The customer service is one thing that i did not like because they do not get back to you very fast if they do at all...sometimes i had to call their main offices. My overall satisfaction with their products is very high because they deliver high quality products to your door very fast and without hassle...just be prepared to have problems when dealing with customer service

My experience with Microplay.com was ok. The shipping and I was able to find what i wanted. The con is the customer support.They never answered the question I asked them.
