I will never shop at music123 again. I emailed about my order, never recieved a response. They cancelled my order without emailing me. Now the item is available again, and they did not ask or set one aside for me. Seems like I got too good a deal, so they just forgot about it. can't be trusted.

savings and selection was great but the fact that the invoice had one of my stands scratched off of it with a pen, my splash was thrown into the box and the package was destroyed, and after waiting a week plus, I'm still missing a stand!! i don't know if i would buy from music123 again!!

I needed to pick up some extras for my trumpet (case, slide lube, Spitballs, and a music stand) and stumbled onto Music123.com. Very impressed. Everything I needed was easy to find, was in stock, and arrived fast. They're now the first site I'll check for music-related items.

I am currently in the process of returning one of the guitars. While changing strings I noticed hairline fractures on the top of the neck on either side of the back part of the neck. I am anxious and a little nervous as to how this will be handled. Will there be a dispute, how much time will elapse during this transaction of returning a guitar and then purchasing another in its place. You should ask me to take another survey after this is all over.

I was not able to track the shipping because the tracking number wasn't provided on my account. At one point, I thought my packaged may have been lost because it took a while to receive it (at least to me because I didn't know when the order left the warehouse.) I called twice and the representatives I spoke with were very courteous. I was promised that a link to track the package would be emailed to me, but I didn't receive an email from either rep. The problem is not my email because I receive their newsletter and a confirmation when I placed my order.
I would probably order from them again. They did have some competitive prices for some items I researched. I wouldn't use them for a rush order.

I have purchased several items from Music 123 and have always been pleased with their prices, packaging and delivery. They are my go to music source. I have purchased items from them when free shipping was offered rather than going across town to the Guitar Center and dealing with those idiots, and Music 123 carries items that the local Mom and Pop music store doesn't.
