The shopping/payment process was simple. I like the reviews given about each product but I already knew exactly what I'd wanted. But I feel that even if I had only a notion of what I wanted, the available resources would have helped me make an well-informed decision.
I am not sure about the shipment tracking. I was given the tracking number and the package actually arrived before any tracking info was available. Definitely cannot complain about that. I had been curious as to why the tracking details weren't available when the package was picked up from the shipping center. But I still received the package well before I thought that I would!
All-in-all it was a pleasant experience and I will definitely be using this site/service again for future needs (plus, I'd already used them in the past which is why I went with Music123 again).

The item I ordered was backordered. The product was to come in within a week of my order. When I called to ask if it had come in, the customer service person reported that it had been shipped to me. Unfortunately, the wrong product was shipped. I called the customer service line about the incorrect order. The person I spoke with about the incorrect order was competent and sent me a UPS label for the return as well as arranged for shipment of the correct items.

This was my first purchase. I sent an email for a price match because I liked the look of the site better than the other guy (world music supply) and because of the breadth of products - I want to support companies with a wide selection. The return email was next day and the sales rep in fact beat that lower price by a smidge - that won me. I made my purchase within the next seven days and the amp arrived in wonderful condition three days later. I bought this amp from spec and a audio review on YouTube - my first time for that as well. I felt safe doing so because of the return policy. I plan on not giving my money to Guitar Center or MusiciansFriend.com ever again (for selling me repackaged returns as if new, clearly missing in-the-box items like software and warranty cards). Music123 will be my preferred store. I'm interested in trying out the trade-in feature but don't want to be disappointed so I haven't yet.

It was a good experience overall. One of the items I received had a faulty part (Godlyke Power-All) but I was able to call customer service and they were incredibly helpful. I was able to print out a prepaid shipping label to exchange the item and return a different item (Godlyke Power Pump). Their customer service and return system are excellent. I have not yet received a confirmation that the return has been completed although the items were received 2 days ago.

I found what I needed, and found it to be about five percent cheaper than I could find elsewhere on line. I paid extra for shipping because I needed the product quickly. With another day or two leeway, shipping would have been free. Overall good experience for someone who needed one item only, and would not have use for majority of their products.
