I found what I needed, and found it to be about five percent cheaper than I could find elsewhere on line. I paid extra for shipping because I needed the product quickly. With another day or two leeway, shipping would have been free. Overall good experience for someone who needed one item only, and would not have use for majority of their products.

It was a good experience overall. One of the items I received had a faulty part (Godlyke Power-All) but I was able to call customer service and they were incredibly helpful. I was able to print out a prepaid shipping label to exchange the item and return a different item (Godlyke Power Pump). Their customer service and return system are excellent. I have not yet received a confirmation that the return has been completed although the items were received 2 days ago.

I have ordered items online at Music123 at least 3 times during the past few years. For my latest purchase, I was attracted by a 15% discount available for several days. I have found their prices to be very competitive and it is easy and quick to order online. All my orders have been processed relatively quickly and arrived within a few days as promised, according to the shipping method selected. I check Music123's online catalogue regularly to research items of interest and to check prices. I will continue to watch for any special deals that include items that I may need.
