I paid $12 for 2 day shipping. It did NOT specify 2 business days. The product took 5 days to arrive. This was a HUGE disappointment. Many shipping companies deliver on weekends and for the increased shipping I expected Music123 to use one of these companies. Upon contact, I received an apology, but not any offers of refunds - on the contrary I was basically told it was MY fault for misunderstanding the language. It did NOT indicate business days on the shipping description. My son needed the product much sooner than it arrived. Very disappointing customer service.

I purchased a clarinet and various accessories. I received the accessories ( poor packaging) but I've never received the clarinet. Two weeks later, I called to see why the clarinet was never shipped and I was told that it was not in stock and they don't know when It'll become available. In the mean time my child was sitting in his band doing nothing and we were waiting for a clarinet that wasn't there. Worst of all, 123 Music staff never had the sense of calling or emailing me to say that my wait could be very long. They never informed me that the item was not in stock. That is WRONG, ARROGANT and STUPID!!!

I had ordered these same items from another online store, after 11 days order was still in processing even thou there website said in stock. Canceled order and reordered with Music 123, order was shipped next day and received in 3 great service excellent quality fast shipping, will be ordering from them again.
Also i saved 40.00 total on the items and shipping.
