If anyone reads this review, do not purchase anything from this site. The service is terrible. You definitaly need to have a better selection of batons because I will NEVER EVER recommend your site to ANYONE that asks where to get a baton. The site is also poorly constructed and not very attractive. Thanks Music123 for nothing!!!

I am extremely disappointed ion this site. My daughter needed this item for school and I have since had to further inconvenience myself by trying to find one. Every email I received from this merchant was a notification of further delays in shippping.

My problem with them was charging my credit card. At first I gave an incorrect address. But when they tested the account by charging $1, the card company suspected fraud and shut off the card. I gave the correct address several times and they didn't retry the charge - just insisted I give a different card. Finally after several overseas phone calls (I was traveling when I ordered) I was able to resolve things.
