This company has gone more than a little downhill. Over the last year I have had several orders cancelled without an explanation and MANY items are suddenly on back order although the site says they are "In Stock". Then the email they send has the audacity to say I should have known it was a backordered item. Their customer service has never answered my emails. Back orders...shipping delays...back orders not indicated on partial shipment receipt. When an item says it is in stock on line and will ship immediately this is not always the case. I no londer believe the in stock info. Read more

Excellent price on a quality product. My items were listed as "in stock" when ordering, but received an e-mail a week later stating my items were back-ordered. This may be due to the fact that I ordered a large quantity.
