This company scores a ZERO in customer service. They sent me a different version of the software that I ordered because of backorder (which is understandable) but they didn't inform me anywhere that I was paying 3 TIMES the amount that new software would cost if I bought it directly. Then when I emailed to fix this they never responded. When I finally talked with someone about it they said sorry. They are not worth doing any business with. BEWARE - other people have experienced similar problems...I have never written a review before this but this was too terrible an experience not to warn others about.
