The links at merchant site to the HP rebate form didn't work initially. There was followup to my complaint after a couple of days and the matter was resolved. Otherwise it was a seamless transaction, the product was as advertised and has been put in service, and I'm now just awaiting the rebate. Read more

After placing an order for this camera and receiving confirmation for its purchase, I found out several days later that apparently the order had not been completed; no trace of it could be found in the seller's data base.
When I called, I was told that in order to get the special price on this camera, I would have to reorder it online. I did so, and this time the purchase went through smoothly. The camera arrived promptly about 3 days later.
