Hello, I bought my Samsung 5687 from Onecall for $1625 delivered, the best price on the web; after Bestbuy sold me a 5686 that had overamped blue colors and a noisy color wheel. Bestbuy gave me a load of crap, and have yet to take their set back. But Onecall's set arrived in great shape, packaged very securely, and delivered to my front porch. The set weighs about 60 pounds boxed so once inside I carted it solo to the home theater. The picture is majestic. Clear, sharp, and I do not even have hi-rez, just a DVD player that upsamples to 1080i. The picture could not be any clearer, or sharper, the color wheel just purrs quietly, and the colors are balanced and film like. And Onecall called to make sure I was happy, out of the blue (no pun intended)! My next purchase is from Onecall, and Bestbuy gets removed from my Rolodex. THANK YOU, ONECALL!!!

I purchase many different kinds of products on the Internet, and this was one of the most pleasant!

The OneCall (Huppins) web site said that the Canon G5 camera was in stock. I ordered on Friday at 12:40pm. At 12:55pm I received an e-mail stating the order had been received and was being processed. It had all of the information needed, including links to review my order and shipping status.

At 1:19pm (!) I received an e-mail with a FedEx tracking number stating that my order had shipped!!! Since I did not pay for shipping, delivery was scheduled for the next Wednesday (free 3-day shipping.) That evening I checked the FedEx web site and saw that the package was scheduled for a Wednesday delivery, exactly as promised. The camera was delivered on Wednesday. It was very well packaged, and was the standard retail box version that included all accessories.

To add icing to this transaction, I received a phone call from Bryan and OneCall. Bryan was checking to make sure I had received the camera, and that there were no problems. When I called the 800 number Bryan had left, Tom answered the phone within 4 rings.

Ordered on Sunday night, arrived on Wednesday morning (SF Bay Area). Well packaged, and seems to work just fine. This was my first experience with a large on-line purchase, and I'm very pleased.

Placed my order for a 46" television over the phone on Saturday and received it the following Friday! Patrick was extremely courteous and explained everything in detail (right down to how to inspect the package for damage)! Ordered a DVD for a Christmas gift on 12/11/06, item was in stock and shipped on 12/12/06. I finally receive item on 12/29/06. Each time I called to ask about the status since I needed the item for a Christmas gift, they said it was shipped and it was in Tennessee somewhere however they could not tell me where, living in VA I did not find the information of much use. I asked to cancel it but was told I was not allowed since it already shipped. After several complaints they finally said they would send me a gift certificate for my trouble. As of 1/7/07, I still have not received the gift certificate and to be honest don't except to ever get it. If I was you I would not order any DVD from this company unless you really don't care when you get it.

This is my second purchase at OneCall.com.  I had preordered a Canon 5D Mark II mid October 2008.  Product release was not scheduled until end of November.  The item was added to my cart and purchased via online.  Once the camera was officially released and began shipping to distributors, a representative called to confirm whether or not I still wanted to purchase the item and they would honor any cancellations now over the phone (either to free up stock or to check for legitimate orders).  I opted for free ground shipping, but was regretting that I did not chose two or three day delivery (I really wanted the camera now).  However, Item was shipped on Friday 11/28 and it was at my door step on 12/02.  I'm sure delivery speed had some part on the courier (thanks FedEx!) but OneCall did a great job of getting that order out of the warehouse and into my hands.  I'm very satisfied overall and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Good prices, but be aware that not all products are returnable, and it is not very obvious on the web site. The shipping confirmation has the return policy in the fine print at the bottom of the page, but that's too late. The no return policy should be listed with the product in bold print, Honest disclosure please.

I recently placed an order with ONECALL and they cancelled my order because they said the price is too low for them to sell. They called me and admited they made a mistake and they cannot do a thing about it. They keep doing this, advertize one price and then call you back and said they cannot sell you the product at that price. DON"T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!

I recently bought a Sony TRV33 camcorder + extra battery for a relative. The price was lower than any other online store I trust and do business with. The entire transaction went through perfectly, the product arrived brand new in 3 days as promised.

I just bought a NikonD2xs and it shipped overnight. Not only was their price the best on the net for this camera but they shipped overnight at an extremely reasonable rate. Paige the customer service rep was severely friendly...was such a nice change dealing with her rather than those abrasive gents back east. I've had the camera now for a week or so and it is the best I've ever owned.

This store had the lowest price for the camera I selected. They shipped it within hours of my purchase and although I chose the cheapest shipping, I received my camera in less than 24 hours from when I ordered it! Truly unbelievable. Would definitely recommend!

The order process was quick and painless. Ordered the product on Tuesday, Dec. 30 around noon. Received a call from a sales associate about half an hour later informing me that the product would ship that day and likely be delivered the following Monday. Just received the newly released Sharp 37D43U LCD TV. Onecall offered the lowest price. Ordered on a Sunday, TV arrived on Wednesday. Double boxed to ensure no shipping damage. No hard core up sell, extended warranty pressure, etc. These folks are real pros and are what internet purchasing should be about. Would absolutely purchase from them again. Heck, they even called today to check if the TV was received OK. And no, I don’t work for these folks

Placed an order December 7 for a DVD that was to be an xmas present. It is now December 27 and I still don't have it. They made no effort to let me know that the item was backordered and won't be available for 4-6 weeks -- I had to call them 3 times to find out (the first 2 times they just said, we can't track the package for you, but it's been mailed out -- even though obviously it hadn't been). If I had known it was backordered I could have ordered it somewhere else and gotten it in time for xmas. It's great that their price is low and the shipping price is also low, but I'll stick to big websites like Amazon or Barnes And Noble that I know I can trust even if the price is a little higher.

I had researched a digital camera I wanted to purchase for weeks. The East Coast stores offered unbelievable prices but none could pass the reviews. Remember, if it's too good to be true IT IS! In fact I was saved from making a poor choice by a reviewer that recommended OneCall. The camera was new with USA warranty (if you don't understand this statement I recommend you research more before you purchase electronics on line), a fantastic price, shipped one day earlier than promised, no high pressure sales to purchase extended warranty and attachments and they even called to make sure I was happy with my purchase! I had never heard of OneCall until it came up on a shopping comparison site when looking for loudspeakers. Great price, no shipping, no sales tax, I'm there! Even though I opted for the free (3-5 days) shipping, I don't think a Lear jet could have gotten my Polks from Washington to Ohio faster. Perfectly packed, flawless transaction. OneCall is now at the top of my list.

Just placed an order for a Sony home theater projector (SONY VPL-HS51). The retail price was $3800 - got it here for $2428 with delivery for a brand new, straight from the manufacturer piece with the full 2 year warranty. These guys appear to have been around for a while and are, indeed, a Sony authorized retailer (check Sony site for confirmation), so I felt really good about purchasing with them. They are also very well rated (pricegrabber and some other sites have hundreds of ratings on this company). I haven't received the projector yet (scheduled to arrive in 3 days), but the sophistication and user-friendliness of their site, the way they're backed by Sony, the many user reviews, the warranty and price match commitment and their overall customer service have all been exceptional so far!

I purchased a large screen LCD television from OneCall. My shopping experience was most positive. The price was the lowest I could find at the time and 18 month free financing was offered. Then I was surprised how quickly the set was shipped. The only drawback - no fault of OneCall - was the shipper was later than the delivery window given and I had no one available to help me bring the television into the house. However, the driver used his dolly and put the well packaged set in my garage for protection.

They were decent. I ordered HK AVR7200 Friday morning and I received it on Tuesday. Well, maybe thats because I live in California. No trouble with the transaction or anything. The packaging was not great though. The box inside the shipping box was kind of beat up. They should have packaged it better. I don't know if this was One Call's fault or what, but the face of the receiver is scratched.

Not only do these guys have some of the best prices and sales on the hottest equipment going, their customer service is outstanding. Any time I have called to place an order, ask a question about a product, or change anything, Onecall.com has met my every expectation. I have told several friends to use Onecall.com and they had the same results.

The sale went smoothly and the LCD HDTV was delivered the next day. After setting it up I discovered that the set had one dead pixel (no picture information/ blue square) in the center of the screen and that the overall image quality was blurry with a satellite connection. When I tried to return the set I was informed that manufacturers don't consider a dead pixel or two to be defective and that OneCall didn't accept returns on televisions.

Although this company does have a "return policy" link, that I neglected to check before buying the set, I believe the sales person could have mentioned their no return policy when I placed the order.

Buying any flat panel TV on the web is extremely risky when you take into consideration the possibility of dead pixels. At these prices even one dead pixel is a defect in my book. My advice is to buy locally so that you can return it if you are unhappy.

Tried to place order with them to go with a smaller company that is in our area. Big mistake. After multiple emails of spam arrived from them they then informed me that I would have to call my CC company and notify them that my billing and shipping address were different. I did that years ago and have literally been using the same address and billing info for years. I have had 100's of packages and on line orders shipped to the same address from many different companies without a problem. But not from these folks. Royal pain in the butt. I don't have time for stupid BS like this. Would not use them again. Canceled my order.

I ordered a flat screen TV from OneCall Online Store which they did not have in stock at their west Virginia warehouse. They needed to ship it to the east coast from Washington state and had comlicated delivery requirements. I decided to cancel the order and did this a day later. I was assured that the order was canceled by a call back from their customer representative. Almost two weeks later the credit has still not been posted on my credit card. I called and they came up with a story that they did not get paper work from the shipping company. I check with the shipping web site and the item has not been shipped but so far no credit to my account.

You need to be very careful when ordering from here. They are sooooo helpful until you have a problem. When my LCD tv arrived and didn't work, I called to have a new one shipped. This is not their policy. I would have to pay to return their defective merchandise. It took almost 2 weeks but thankfully, (no thanks to One Call) Sharp had a service man order the parts and he repaired my "New tv". It should not have been this difficult! I would never buy from this company again!! Buyer beware!
