When I decided to purchase this camcorder, I knew what the cheapest prices were, but using a number of service review sites, I also was alerted to a number of retailers who use bait-and-switch tactics or who force you to contact them so their high-pressure sales personnel can con you into buying something else more profitable for them.
This company came highly recommended and they performed admirably. They weren't the cheapest, but they were in the ball park. I'm very pleased with their service and product. They even left a voice message after the sale asking if everything was all right. I don't usually respond to surveys, but I don't mind so much when I've been treated well, as with these guys.
