Hello, I bought my Samsung 5687 from Onecall for $1625 delivered, the best price on the web; after Bestbuy sold me a 5686 that had overamped blue colors and a noisy color wheel. Bestbuy gave me a load of crap, and have yet to take their set back. But Onecall's set arrived in great shape, packaged very securely, and delivered to my front porch. The set weighs about 60 pounds boxed so once inside I carted it solo to the home theater. The picture is majestic. Clear, sharp, and I do not even have hi-rez, just a DVD player that upsamples to 1080i. The picture could not be any clearer, or sharper, the color wheel just purrs quietly, and the colors are balanced and film like. And Onecall called to make sure I was happy, out of the blue (no pun intended)! My next purchase is from Onecall, and Bestbuy gets removed from my Rolodex. THANK YOU, ONECALL!!!

I purchase many different kinds of products on the Internet, and this was one of the most pleasant!

The OneCall (Huppins) web site said that the Canon G5 camera was in stock. I ordered on Friday at 12:40pm. At 12:55pm I received an e-mail stating the order had been received and was being processed. It had all of the information needed, including links to review my order and shipping status.

At 1:19pm (!) I received an e-mail with a FedEx tracking number stating that my order had shipped!!! Since I did not pay for shipping, delivery was scheduled for the next Wednesday (free 3-day shipping.) That evening I checked the FedEx web site and saw that the package was scheduled for a Wednesday delivery, exactly as promised. The camera was delivered on Wednesday. It was very well packaged, and was the standard retail box version that included all accessories.

To add icing to this transaction, I received a phone call from Bryan and OneCall. Bryan was checking to make sure I had received the camera, and that there were no problems. When I called the 800 number Bryan had left, Tom answered the phone within 4 rings.

Ordered on Sunday night, arrived on Wednesday morning (SF Bay Area). Well packaged, and seems to work just fine. This was my first experience with a large on-line purchase, and I'm very pleased.

Placed my order for a 46" television over the phone on Saturday and received it the following Friday! Patrick was extremely courteous and explained everything in detail (right down to how to inspect the package for damage)! Ordered a DVD for a Christmas gift on 12/11/06, item was in stock and shipped on 12/12/06. I finally receive item on 12/29/06. Each time I called to ask about the status since I needed the item for a Christmas gift, they said it was shipped and it was in Tennessee somewhere however they could not tell me where, living in VA I did not find the information of much use. I asked to cancel it but was told I was not allowed since it already shipped. After several complaints they finally said they would send me a gift certificate for my trouble. As of 1/7/07, I still have not received the gift certificate and to be honest don't except to ever get it. If I was you I would not order any DVD from this company unless you really don't care when you get it.

This is my second purchase at OneCall.com.  I had preordered a Canon 5D Mark II mid October 2008.  Product release was not scheduled until end of November.  The item was added to my cart and purchased via online.  Once the camera was officially released and began shipping to distributors, a representative called to confirm whether or not I still wanted to purchase the item and they would honor any cancellations now over the phone (either to free up stock or to check for legitimate orders).  I opted for free ground shipping, but was regretting that I did not chose two or three day delivery (I really wanted the camera now).  However, Item was shipped on Friday 11/28 and it was at my door step on 12/02.  I'm sure delivery speed had some part on the courier (thanks FedEx!) but OneCall did a great job of getting that order out of the warehouse and into my hands.  I'm very satisfied overall and wouldn't hesitate to order from them again.

Good prices, but be aware that not all products are returnable, and it is not very obvious on the web site. The shipping confirmation has the return policy in the fine print at the bottom of the page, but that's too late. The no return policy should be listed with the product in bold print, Honest disclosure please.

I recently placed an order with ONECALL and they cancelled my order because they said the price is too low for them to sell. They called me and admited they made a mistake and they cannot do a thing about it. They keep doing this, advertize one price and then call you back and said they cannot sell you the product at that price. DON"T BUY FROM THEM!!!!!
