I ordered a 52" DLP Toshiba, and at first I was very skeptical of making such a big purchase online. However, I was very impressed with the overall transaction. The delivery was on time, the item was not damaged, and most of all the price was excellent!! I will shop at OneCall again!

Exceeded my expectations - feel very confident about my purchase

Just placed an order for a Sony home theater projector (SONY VPL-HS51). The retail price was $3800 - got it here for $2428 with delivery for a brand new, straight from the manufacturer piece with the full 2 year warranty. These guys appear to have been around for a while and are, indeed, a Sony authorized retailer (check Sony site for confirmation), so I felt really good about purchasing with them. They are also very well rated (pricegrabber and some other sites have hundreds of ratings on this company). I haven't received the projector yet (scheduled to arrive in 3 days), but the sophistication and user-friendliness of their site, the way they're backed by Sony, the many user reviews, the warranty and price match commitment and their overall customer service have all been exceptional so far!

I ordered a Toshiba 56MX195 Television which they show as in stock. They then call me and tell me that the item is not in stock. I go back to the web site and see the item as showing still in stock??????????????

State they needed to charge for re-shelving because the product had now been opened and used and they cannot sell as new any longer. When I received product the box had been opened and used!

I purchased a large screen LCD television from OneCall. My shopping experience was most positive. The price was the lowest I could find at the time and 18 month free financing was offered. Then I was surprised how quickly the set was shipped. The only drawback - no fault of OneCall - was the shipper was later than the delivery window given and I had no one available to help me bring the television into the house. However, the driver used his dolly and put the well packaged set in my garage for protection.

They were decent. I ordered HK AVR7200 Friday morning and I received it on Tuesday. Well, maybe thats because I live in California. No trouble with the transaction or anything. The packaging was not great though. The box inside the shipping box was kind of beat up. They should have packaged it better. I don't know if this was One Call's fault or what, but the face of the receiver is scratched.

Not only do these guys have some of the best prices and sales on the hottest equipment going, their customer service is outstanding. Any time I have called to place an order, ask a question about a product, or change anything, Onecall.com has met my every expectation. I have told several friends to use Onecall.com and they had the same results.

No Return Policy

The sale went smoothly and the LCD HDTV was delivered the next day. After setting it up I discovered that the set had one dead pixel (no picture information/ blue square) in the center of the screen and that the overall image quality was blurry with a satellite connection. When I tried to return the set I was informed that manufacturers don't consider a dead pixel or two to be defective and that OneCall didn't accept returns on televisions.
Although this company does have a "return policy" link, that I neglected to check before buying the set, I believe the sales person could have mentioned their no return policy when I placed the order.
Buying any flat panel TV on the web is extremely risky when you take into consideration the possibility of dead pixels. At these prices even one dead pixel is a defect in my book. My advice is to buy locally so that you can return it if you are unhappy.

Tried to place order with them to go with a smaller company that is in our area. Big mistake. After multiple emails of spam arrived from them they then informed me that I would have to call my CC company and notify them that my billing and shipping address were different. I did that years ago and have literally been using the same address and billing info for years. I have had 100's of packages and on line orders shipped to the same address from many different companies without a problem. But not from these folks. Royal pain in the butt. I don't have time for stupid BS like this. Would not use them again. Canceled my order.

bad experience delay in posting credit for canceled order

I ordered a flat screen TV from OneCall Online Store which they did not have in stock at their west Virginia warehouse. They needed to ship it to the east coast from Washington state and had comlicated delivery requirements. I decided to cancel the order and did this a day later. I was assured that the order was canceled by a call back from their customer representative. Almost two weeks later the credit has still not been posted on my credit card. I called and they came up with a story that they did not get paper work from the shipping company. I check with the shipping web site and the item has not been shipped but so far no credit to my account.

You need to be very careful when ordering from here. They are sooooo helpful until you have a problem. When my LCD tv arrived and didn't work, I called to have a new one shipped. This is not their policy. I would have to pay to return their defective merchandise. It took almost 2 weeks but thankfully, (no thanks to One Call) Sharp had a service man order the parts and he repaired my "New tv". It should not have been this difficult! I would never buy from this company again!! Buyer beware!

Excellent shopping experience all round. Customer service was outstanding. I had several questions and phoned several times and each time I got a very knowledgeable and helpful person to answer technical questions about the product. The product arrived quicker then expected. Unfortunately FEDEX completely mishandled the delivery which almost meant I did not receive the camera in time for my husband's birthday. I am very impressed with this company but very unimpressed with FEDEX.
