WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE !!!!

We Purchased a schwinn stroller from online sports. What a HORRID experience !!!!!.. we got our stroller and attempted to put the front wheels on .. no luck one of the wheels did not latch on to the frame so we called online sports and they said they would call us back the next morning .. which they did first they said they would replace it then they needed more information then they said they would only send us the wheel.. this went on for a week and a half. so here i sit with a stroller that is not usable .They have said they would ship another one out to us as of yesterday ( 3 weeks after we got the original) we'll see!!.. Mind you My child will be driving by the time i get the replacement stroller !!

Will Never Use Them Again

I ordered an Ole Miss shirt in November for my Father for Christmas. It has now been 5 weeks (also the week of Christmas) and i still do not have the shirt or any answers on where it might be. I HATE this company now and will never order anything from them again. I only WISH i would have read this site before i ordered this b/c i would have never used this company. I keep getting this same email that they are checking in to the shipping and will email me the information and yet no email or package has arrived! Do yourself a favor and order from another site and DONT use onlinesports.com.

WARNING SHOP ELSEWHERE

I ordered a rifle scope from this company. First they tried to substitute a far inferior item. Next they claimed to be permanently out of stock of the item. Finallly they tried to re-negotiate the price after they had my order and my money for 10 days. They ruined a birthday gift I had planned. This company is pathetic and they have never delivered the item I purchased from them. Expect terrible service and dishonesty if you buy from them.

After being assured by 2 different employees that the sunglasses I wanted were not on backorder, which seems to be the problem with so many online stores, I placed my order with onlinesports on 11 sept. 4 days later I received an email saying they wouldn't be shipped until 30 October. Customer services were vague and unhelpful-- and of course my card has already been charged. Never again.

Amature operation that is not consumer friendly.

Problems:
1. Charges credit card before the order is ready to ship
2. Customer service does not return calls
3. Back-order process takes a really long time and they have no process to let you know what's going on.
What a horrible experience. The product I ordered was not in stock. No one from the company contacted us about the backorder and we had to call several times to get the status of the order. For some reason they would say they would check on the order and never call back.
The worst thing they did was to CHARGE MY CREDIT CARD BEFORE SHIPPING THE ORDER. They charged us as soon as the order was placed instead of waiting for it to be ready to ship. That's a big no-no for exactly this situation. They have had my money for 3-weeks, but I don't have a product.
Don't buy from these guys, it's an amature operation.

Poor shipping/customer service

This vendor certainly isn't the cheapest. I decided to give them a try. When the item (standard shipping)had not arrived nearly 20 days after ordering it, I called OnlineSports. After holding for about 15 minutes, I spoke to a rep who assured me that the item would be shipping today. We'll see how that works out, either way, I won't be back to shop at OS.

I placed an order on 11/8/2005. Every three weeks or so I would get an e-mail saying the shipment is delayed a month. It's now delayed until 3/1/2006. I'm trying to cancel and get my $$ back. Yeah, right.

I ordered 3 items from OnlineSports.com. They were on sale at $14.95 each. I placed the order online for the 3 items. Paid by credit card online. Received a phone call from them the next day. They could only sell me one of the items at the $14.95 sale price. If I wanted the other 2 that I ordered, I would need to pay $22 each for the other 2. They explained that they only had one at the sale price. Yet they can get more at a higher price? Perhaps they should update their website to reflect an accurate inventory of their products. If they only had one of the items, the website should not have let me order and pay for 3.

The item was to have been shipped within 3 business days of purchase, but I didn't receive it after 2 weeks' time, so I had to call customer service to inquire. They were very nice and helpful and I received a follow-up phone call within the promised time. That's really all I could ask. Sometimes, for whatever reason, an order won't be shipped promptly, but it's good to know that I can make a phone call and my inquiry will be addressed promptly. I'm still waiting on the product and should receive it today or this weekend.

Online Sports has a huge inventory of officially licensed merchandise. Including teams that I have never even heard of. Everything you can think of. Delivery was much faster than expected.

I found a hard-to-find item and received it in a timely manner at a competitive price. There was a slight delay in shipping, but I was notified by e-mail of this delay. I was extremely pleased with this shopping experience and will definitely shop with you again! Have a great 2004!

I was pleased with the product but it was a second choice after the first order turned out to be unavailable. They should make it known that items are unavailable BEFORE the customer places the order. Also, I would like to see more information regarding procedures for making returns.
