I accidentally ordered 2 of the same item, one to be shipped to an incorrect address. I contacted the merchant and was told the incorrect order would be canceled. It was not - it appears on my bill. Also I ordered an other book that has never arrived - in over 3 weeks. They ar tracking it. In the meantime, I am being billed for 2 items that cannot be removed from Bill Me Later - I have to wait until Overstock resolves these issues on their end. Read more
