Amazon site is just better in many ways. I actually was browsing at Amazon and then came to overstock to buy as your price was slightly better. Their site is just easier to navigate, and I like to "take a look inside" feature they have. Good Luck.

I ordered king size sheets and received twin or full size. I had to pay shipping for replacements, which I didn't think was fair considering it wasn't my fault that I got the wrong size. The replacements were correct and very nice quality.

I accidentally ordered 2 of the same item, one to be shipped to an incorrect address. I contacted the merchant and was told the incorrect order would be canceled. It was not - it appears on my bill. Also I ordered an other book that has never arrived - in over 3 weeks. They ar tracking it. In the meantime, I am being billed for 2 items that cannot be removed from Bill Me Later - I have to wait until Overstock resolves these issues on their end.
