There was a small part missing. I contacted Customer Service for a replacement part. They in turn emailed the warehouse. I got the part but the warehouse did not let them know so, the send a new machine and a UPS call tag to return the other machine so that I would have all the parts. Above the call of duty but I wish they had asked me BEFORE sending a new machine.

I have friends who have purchased many different types of products from Overstock.com. This was my first purchase but most definately not my last. I was very satisfied with the product I received and will look to Overstock.com in the future for products before going elsewhere.

The description on the website for the item was incorrect. There was no packing slip with the item, and no information about how to contact customer service. When I did contact customer service, they were somewhat helpful. But I had to emphasize numerous times that they had to correct their product description. I suspect they still haven't done that.

order confirmed and appeared to be en route but actually did not leave warehouse for 14 more days, then arrived a few days later. Should not have indicated it was on its way when it had not been shipped yet.

The only problem was that they listed the wrong warranty extra purshacse with the item. They sent me an exmail cancelling it, which was annoying because I bought it deliberately with warranty. They gave me no instructions, but while looking on their website for where to write them about it, I saw they'd posted an onsite message to me (which I got no email notice about). It said i needed to authroise a different warranty. I emailed back authoizing. But despite all that, they wrote back again asking for authorization. Finally, another reply pinned down the awrranty. The warranty should have been 10 times less trouble.

large chest shipped in 2 separate cartons. One arrived on a timely basis...the other was late....initial check re: delivery of second box indicated boxes were NOT sent on same day. A couple of days later I was told they WERE sent on the same day. UPS said it was a mix up with Overstock. Overstock said it was UPS.
Second box did not include backing for chest. Backing still not received, nor have I received any communication re: when it will be shipped/delivered.
I will not order from Overstock again as your response time to inquiries is poor etc....

I have had excellent service and received wonderful merchandise in the past year. Delivery is usually faster than stated, I ilke having the reviews from other buyers for a product, and the valuse for the money spent is excellent. Product is usually as depicted or described.
