Retuns could be decreased if descriptions/photos were more detailed. I received my product (wool shag rug), no issues with the quality at all - very nice. The description/photo however was incomplete on the item and I had to return it after it was delivered.

My first order came in and 3 of the 5 dresses worked for me. I have to return 2 so we will see how the return process goes. I ordered 2 dresses for my daughter. They are taking a little longer to come in. They should arrive today. If the return process goes well, I will definitely shop with overstock again.
