I am very happy with the products that I received. I spent alot of time shopping various rugs and was worried about matching colors via the internet. I relied heavily on the posts by other users and I am very satisfied with the rugs. I think the value is terrific. If I had drive to stores to look at all the rugs I did on line it would have cost me $60 in gas!! This is my third purchase through OS and I am a very satisfied customer.

Retuns could be decreased if descriptions/photos were more detailed. I received my product (wool shag rug), no issues with the quality at all - very nice. The description/photo however was incomplete on the item and I had to return it after it was delivered.

I took a chance on a "refurbished" product after speaking with an online chat rep. I wanted assurance that it was just an open box return, and she guaranteed that it would be "like new." Manual was missing pages, remote was obviously used and no serial # to report to mfg. for service report.
