I was so excited to be able to get this cookbook. At bookstore the book was $37.00, great price with Overstock.com. When I received the cookbook in about 6 days I almost kissed the mailman. The overstock web shopping site is very easy to use. I found what I was looking for very quickly. Check out was also quick and easy. Shipping at a rate of 2.95 was very reasonable. I will definately use Overstock.com again.

overstock .com is not worth buying from. They lie in their product representation ...selling refurbished products as new ..thats deciet in advertizing....and you cheat in your money refunds ...stealing refunds by charging "restocking fees".without telling consumers outright your operational ways ....overstock .com is just bad simple.

I have been completely satisfied with my consumer interactions at overstock.com. The products I have purchased have been of excellent quality. The few times the products weren't what I expected, the process to have the products replaced or returned and credited was realitively simple. I have recommended this site to many people as an excellent resource for making quality purchases at very affordable prices.
