Pros: Larger ticket items are usually priced fairly; Shipping charge is a flat $3.95

I've bought several things now. This was the first return--defective DVD. While it came fast, the return process is laborious once you send it...wait two days for us to look at it, another four to send it back out, etc. In total, something I purchased over two weeks ago is something I still don't have a good one of in my hands. I'd think twice about ordering DVDs from overstock again.
