They quoted a price, charged my charge card, and failed to deliver. They did refund the charge.
- I lost the opportunity to purchase at almost as good of a price at a different merchant
- they did not call or apologize
- they simply cancelled my order after their mistake
- they would not put the item on back order

I felt that we should have received to item sooner. I do not believe it was Overstock.com but UPS that caused the delay. Maybe we just expected it sooner, but because of the 41lb weight it took longer. We don't usually order items that weigh that much. Thank you for all that you offer.
