Overall, I found my shopping experience with this merchant to be above-average. I do have one suggestion, however, and that is to explore different options for shipping. My order was received in two separate packages. DHL delivered both. The first package, containing the iPod and accessories was simply left on my front steps. The box was broken open on one corner but, luckily, the contents were all there. One side of the iPod box was slightly crushed. The second package arrived the following day in a padded, manila envelop. It was simply left in the middle of my driveway, flopped over itself like it was just tossed there. I ordered the TV and at check out I was told that the order would be processed and shipped that day. When I did not get a shipping confirmation I emailed customer service 3 days later and was notified that the item is on backorder. It has been 10 days and it is still backordered. Read more

I had problems once in the past with a laptop computer manufacturer. After many service calls to the manufacturer, I finally called PC Connection who replaced the laptop that day, something manufacturer woudl not even consider. After weeks of dealing with the manufacturer, the problem was determined to be a glitch in the BIOS of the laptop. PC Connection stood behind its product better than the manufacturer of that product. I had always had a good experience when dealing with your company, but after my laptop experience, I have relayed my experience and am even happier to support your company. Read more
